Laini Fluellen Charities is committed to reducing disparities in health outcomes in breast cancer patients by making breast health education more accessible. The Know Your Lemons Foundation has created an innovative campaign to teach women around the globe how to recognize the 12 early signs of breast cancer and how to navigate the breast cancer screening process. Our goal is to detect breast cancer as early as possible and reduce late stage diagnosis.
The Know Your Lemons Campaign uses a unique lemon motif to break through the communication barriers of literacy and taboo to deliver important messages about early detection measures that can save lives.
Laini Fluellen Charities is among the first global educators certified to teach the Know Your Lemons class in the Midwest. We want to encourage women to become their own advocates for health.
In honor of Triple Negative Breast Awareness Day, we are offering 4 free online breast health classes to the public. Please click on one of the links below to register for the class. Each class lasts for approximately one hour (35-45 minute presentation + 15 minute Q&A). If you would like to schedule a seperate class for a group of 10 or more of your friends, co-workers or associates, contact us at lfcharities@gmail.com.
